Meet Rules

We try to keep a relaxed and informal feel to Worcester Shires meets. Nevertheless, there are a few things that we ask all attendees to bear in mind:

1. Keep it SFW. We meet in a public area of a café used by people of all ages. For that reason, please do not discuss or display NSFW material, and please avoid swearing or other bad language.
2. No illegal activity. Do not engage in or discuss illegal activity, including but not limited to piracy or unauthorised uploads of official MLP material.
   
3. Respect others. Caffè Bolero has been very good to us for some years now. Please treat its staff, other customers and the building itself with respect. This goes for your fellow attendees too, of course!
4. Leave politics at home. Many attendees enjoy the escapism factor of Worcester Shires meets. Other than Equestrian politics, please avoid the issue. That includes not displaying flags which may be seen as making a political statement.
5. You must be 16 to attend on your own. Under-16s may only take part if they are accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. We do not run any events or activities intended for children.
